    Leaning into one of my strengths
    Awarded the highest performing sales professional for 2 years in a row with £115m in new business sales exceeding revenue targets.
  • 2011
    My son was diagnosed in 2011 with autism. I was later diagnosed in 2012 I wanted to learn more from those with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and dyspraxia. So, I gave people a stage to shine their brilliance so that they could be celebrated not just tolerated through my peer to peer network called The Celebrated Hub
  • 2013
    Succlexia - Being a successful Dyslexic: Getting Things Done
    Hosted the free 2 hr practical workshop that demonstrated the great strengths of being Dyslexic. Dyslexics have the ability to be the most powerful people in the world! Stop coping and start succeeding start being succlexia.

    Dyslexic Assessment - What does it all mean?
    Hosted the event where we celebrated Psychologist Leonie Campbell who went through what the dyslexia assessment process means from spikey profiles to what you should focus on and what you should dismiss!

    Dyslexia, Self-esteem and Mental Health
    Hosted & celebrated Neil Alexander-Passe who was completing a new book on ‘Dyslexia and Mental Health/Emotional Coping’ for a UK publisher, and this talk will delve into some of the themes that have surfaced whilst writing this new book (2014 launch date)

    Why Dyslexics Make Great Entrepreneurs & Does Coaching Benefit Dyslexics?
    Hosting & celebrating Professor Logan who shared why people with dyslexia excel as entrepreneurs. Plus also celebrating Judi Stewart’s who shared her ‘Daring to be Different’ presentation in which she shared her academic research and experience of coaching dyslexic entrepreneurs.

    Hosting & celebrating Lennie Varvarides, an award-winning film-maker, writer and producer, originator of the organisation Dyspla* – producing the work of dyslexic storymakers since 2007… and of course an amazing dyslexic

    Understanding your Dyslexic Profile
    Hosting & celebrating Leonie Campbell who helped us create a building block for developing coping strategies which make the most of strengths and mitigate weaknesses.

    Designed and delivered community experiences to organisations and communities across the country to help them better understand the different cultural perspectives of dyslexia.

    Stigma Dyslexia & Disclosure the pros and the cons
    Developed & delivered strategies on how to disclose your dyslexia with confidence. A discussion on the cultural barriers that have stopped success and ways to break through those glass ceilings as part of the BDA Cultural perspective.

    Provided 40+ hours of mentoring to neurodiverse (dyslexic, dyspraxic, autistic & AD(H)D) adults so that they were equipped and empowered with skills to sell themselves verbally, digitally and become more effective in the workplace.

    Designed and delivered a training session where delegates were supported to improve their self-esteem and happiness by giving them tools to navigate 2021. They powerfully detoxed from judgement of self, others and any challenging circumstanceS.
