Selected Work

I design the systems between a complex problem and a clearer next decision.

Selected products, decision systems and capability models spanning human-centred AI, workforce transformation, learning design, responsible implementation and operational clarity.

Open to selected senior leadership, advisory and transformation opportunities across AI capability, adoption, product strategy, workforce transformation and learning innovation.

ANCHOR™ — AI decision intelligence before the HR case.

ANCHOR helps managers frame consequential people decisions before they become hardened performance, conduct, absence or adjustment cases. It creates a structured record at the point of judgement, surfaces risk signals in real time and gives People teams visibility before the formal process starts.

My contribution

  • Identified the invisible decision gap before People teams become involved.
  • Created the ANCHOR decision framework, manager journey and risk-framing logic.
  • Designed Decision Receipts, escalation routes, resolution tracking and matched development support.
  • Designed the People Director dashboard, pattern intelligence and CEO reporting layer.
  • Built the commercial route from self-service use to Sprint, Pilot and annual licence.

A 73-second product demonstration showing where risk is created before HR ever sees it.

See the system

Closed-loop workflow

From manager judgement to organisational intelligence.

The product links the moment of decision to human review, documented action, learning support and executive visibility.

01
Scenario captured

The manager records the live situation before acting.

02
Decision framed

Contextual questions expose what may be missing.

03
Risk surfaced

AI-generated signals identify gaps, not verdicts.

04
People team triage

Clean, advisory and escalation routes become visible.

05
Action recorded

Resolution rounds and manager responses create continuity.

06
Pattern reported

Leadership sees recurring gaps, response time and open risk.

M

Manager Decision Tool

A two-to-three-minute workflow that helps managers slow down the decision without slowing down the work.

R

Decision Receipts

Timestamped records of the scenario, considerations, decision, manager response, risk signals and human responsibility.

P

People Director Dashboard

Triage, governance mode, open escalations, resolution rounds, manager trajectories and structural gap detection.

C

CEO Reporting

Executive summaries translating individual decisions into organisational attention, response time and pattern visibility.

Validation evidence

The reporting layer was designed to prove what the organisation could not previously see.

A product validation reporting period demonstrated how ANCHOR could aggregate 28 manager decisions, separate clean decisions from advisory and escalation-level cases, record three closed loops, track a 1.4-day average People Director response and show a three-minute average manager decision time.

These figures are presented as product validation evidence, not as a public client performance claim.

Product & Systems Design

Products built around the point where people lose clarity, context or momentum.

The work starts with a specific operational friction, then turns that friction into a clearer workflow, usable product and repeatable system.

Context Keeper — restore the thinking behind the task.

Context Keeper was created for the point where an interruption does more than pause a task: it removes the tabs, notes, screenshots, scroll position and thinking that made the task make sense.

The product restores the working context so the user can continue without rebuilding the entire mental workspace from memory.

Problem addressed

Context loss, task resumption friction, working-memory load and repeated reconstruction after interruptions.

What I designed

Product concept, user journey, feature set, continuity workflow, capture methods and commercial proposition.

Capability System · Implemented

Associate Trainer Framework — scale delivery without lowering the standard.

I designed an end-to-end framework for attracting, assessing, supervising and enabling associate trainers to deliver independently.

The framework replaced a loose recruitment process with a structured capability pathway covering selection, competency evidence, supervised practice, feedback, safeguarding checks, readiness decisions and quality assurance.

Problem addressed

How to expand delivery capacity while protecting participant experience, learning quality and organisational consistency.

What it proves

Capability architecture, selection design, trainer enablement, QA, operational ownership and scaling through other people.

1
Attraction & application

Role clarity, candidate information and evidence expectations.

Entry
2
Structured interview

Questions linked to delivery behaviours, judgement and learner outcomes.

Assessment
3
Facilitation evidence

Observed delivery and practical demonstration rather than confidence alone.

Evidence
4
Supervised practice

Supported delivery with clear expectations and developmental feedback.

Practice
5
Quality & safeguarding

DBS, standards, feedback and readiness checks built into progression.

Quality
6
Independent delivery

A repeatable route to scale without relying on informal judgement.

Additional Selected Work

Clarity tools, learning architecture and facilitated change.

Not every problem needs a large platform. Some need a clearer message, a stronger learning pathway or a facilitated space where people can examine what is actually happening.

Digital Clarity Tool

ClearTask

A practical tool designed to turn vague emails and requests into clearer actions, expectations, ownership and next steps.

Learning & Instructional Design

From session to sustained application.

Learning journeys designed around pre-reading, facilitated practice, workplace scenarios, post-session tools, behaviour expectations and follow-through—not information delivery alone.

Capability architecture · toolkits · train-the-trainer · metacognitive design

Speaking & Facilitation

Participation before presentation.

Talks and facilitated experiences that help people examine live workplace or personal patterns, hear multiple perspectives and leave with a clearer next action.
