10-week enterprise implementation pilot · from £30,000

Test ANCHOR inside one live decision environment before committing to wider adoption.

ANCHOR helps enterprises examine, test and improve how consequential people decisions are made, challenged, reviewed and recorded—so people are treated more consistently, concerns are surfaced earlier and organisational action is easier to explain and review. The Pilot tests whether that infrastructure can operate effectively within one defined workflow, authorised-user cohort and governance environment.

ANCHOR surfaced an unresolved signal

The recommendation inherits the original management framing. Adjustment implementation, accessible task clarity and the employee’s account have not yet been verified.

The enterprise question

Can ANCHOR improve decision quality inside your actual operating environment?

This is not a workshop, a software trial or temporary access to a finished licence. It is a controlled implementation that tests how ANCHOR interacts with your roles, decision categories, review responsibilities, governance requirements and existing ways of working.

Decision practice Can authorised users structure consequential decisions consistently enough for meaningful challenge and review?
Governance and review Do decisions reach the person with the right authority, independence or specialist expertise at the right time?
Enterprise value Are concerns surfaced earlier, organisational reasoning clearer and actions easier to explain and review?
The 10-week implementation

Move from operating-model design to live use and an evidence-based adoption decision.

Each stage is designed to answer a different enterprise question: what should be tested, how the infrastructure should operate, what happens during live use and what wider adoption would require.

Weeks
1–2

Define the decision environment

Agree the executive sponsor, decision problem, workflow boundary, authorised-user cohort, decision categories, review ownership, governance conditions, baseline measures and success criteria.

Weeks
3–4

Configure the operating model and enable the cohort

Map the current route, configure role-based challenge and review pathways, prepare pilot resources and onboard decision owners, reviewers and the internal sponsor.

Weeks
5–8

Run supported live use

Authorised users apply ANCHOR to agreed live or safely anonymised decisions. Decision Receipts connect the situation, intended action, challenge, review route and organisational outcome while implementation support identifies friction early.

Week
6

Conduct the midpoint operating review

Review adoption, workflow friction, reviewer response, governance questions and early decision patterns. Make focused adjustments that protect the validity of the test without expanding the agreed scope.

Weeks
9–10

Evaluate the evidence and decide what happens next

Analyse usage, unresolved signals, review performance, closed-loop patterns and implementation conditions. Receive an executive evidence pack and recommendation to stop, refine, extend or proceed to organisational licensing.

Enterprise evidence

Evidence of how decisions and the operating model perform.

The Pilot produces connected decision records alongside evidence about adoption, review quality, governance, workflow friction and the conditions required for wider implementation.

Decision Receipt Reviewed
Decision-maker’s proposed action

HRBP recommends formal capability based on an inherited management summary.

ANCHOR surfaced

Adjustment implementation and accessible task expectations had not been verified before the recommendation.

Appropriate review route

Senior Employee Relations review because the original recommendation came from the People function.

Recorded outcome

Formal route paused while evidence, adjustments and task clarity were reviewed.

How the Pilot operated

Authorised-user participation, decision volume, review response, completion, support needs and closed-loop patterns.

What the infrastructure surfaced

Recurring assumptions, incomplete evidence, access gaps, role-specific risk, unclear authority and escalation points.

What wider adoption requires

A clear recommendation to stop, refine, extend or embed ANCHOR, with the governance, ownership, configuration and support conditions required.

What is included

A complete, controlled enterprise implementation within the agreed scope.

The investment covers the design, enablement, supported use and evaluation needed to produce a credible adoption decision—not only access to ANCHOR.

Executive discovery and Pilot design

Sponsor discovery, decision problem, workflow boundary, cohort, decision categories, success measures, delivery plan and governance conditions.

Current-state and review-route mapping

Clarification of how decisions currently move, where challenge sits and which roles hold authority, independence or specialist expertise.

Configuration and enablement

Role-based Pilot configuration, authorised-user onboarding, reviewer briefing, guidance and agreed support routes.

Supported live Decision Receipts

Connected records of the situation, intended action, ANCHOR challenge, appropriate review and organisational outcome.

Midpoint operating review

Analysis of adoption, workflow friction, governance questions and early patterns, followed by focused in-scope adjustments.

Executive evidence and recommendation

Decision-pattern findings, implementation conditions, leadership findings session and recommendation on wider adoption.

Enterprise fit

The Pilot works best when there is a real decision environment and a sponsor prepared to test it properly.

A strong fit
  • You need operational evidence before committing to an organisational licence or rollout
  • Similar people situations receive inconsistent responses across roles, teams or functions
  • You can define one decision workflow, business area or decision domain for the test
  • An executive or senior People sponsor can support ownership, governance and access
  • You can nominate authorised decision owners and appropriate reviewers
  • You are prepared to test ANCHOR on suitable live or safely anonymised decisions
Not the right route yet
  • You need a one-off awareness session rather than an implementation
  • No internal sponsor can support governance, participation or review ownership
  • The organisation cannot yet define the workflow or decision categories to be tested
  • You expect ANCHOR to replace professional judgement or determine employment outcomes
  • You require legal advice, an investigation or an automated verdict
  • You need a multi-function enterprise rollout rather than a contained Pilot
Investment

A controlled enterprise implementation before permanent adoption.

The fee covers executive discovery, operating-model design, workflow and review-route configuration, cohort enablement, supported live use, midpoint adaptation, evidence analysis and an executive recommendation on wider adoption. It is not priced as ten weeks of platform access.

ANCHOR 10-week implementation pilot
From £30,000

One defined enterprise decision environment, agreed authorised-user and reviewer cohorts, supported live use and a complete executive evidence pack.

The final proposal reflects cohort size, workflow complexity, decision categories, material volume, governance requirements, review routes and internal support conditions.

Standard scope

One meaningful environment, deliberately contained.

  • One defined workflow, business area or decision domain
  • Named executive or senior People sponsor
  • Defined authorised-user and reviewer cohorts
  • Agreed decision categories and role-based review ownership
  • Standard ANCHOR configuration and enablement
  • Midpoint review, final evidence pack and leadership findings session
Scope protection: additional business units, multiple workflows, complex technical integration, bespoke software development, extensive policy redesign, historic-case analysis, formal investigations, legal advice and enterprise-wide rollout are scoped separately. The Team Decision Diagnostic and Decision Mapping remain parallel entry routes; the Pilot tests ANCHOR operationally before an Annual Organisational Licence or Enterprise Rollout.
Questions buyers ask

What you need to know before starting.

Does ANCHOR make employment decisions?

No. ANCHOR structures reasoning and surfaces unresolved signals. The accountable human decision and professional responsibility remain with the organisation.

Who can participate in the Pilot?

The authorised-user and reviewer cohorts may include managers, HRBPs, Employee Relations professionals, People leaders, senior leaders, specialist advisers and other approved roles. The design follows the decision and the required authority—not one job title.

Who reviews a decision?

The review route is configured around the decision type and who made it. The reviewer may be a People professional, senior ER lead, specialist adviser, legal function or executive decision-maker where appropriate.

What kinds of decisions can be included?

Typical categories include performance, capability, conduct, absence, return to work, disclosure, adjustments, progression, communication, conflict and exit.

What decision should we be able to make after week 10?

You receive evidence on operational fit, adoption, review quality, governance, decision patterns and implementation conditions, followed by a recommendation to stop, refine, extend, licence or plan a wider rollout.

Can pilot decisions be anonymised?

Yes. The agreed design can use suitably anonymised or safely handled scenarios according to the organisation’s governance and data requirements.
