Turn recurring insight
into reusable value.
Transformation work identifies recurring organisational friction. Products, methods and systems can make the response repeatable—where evidence, rights and commercial fit support it.
An ownership-led
architecture.
The intended model combines premium transformation work, reusable technology and intellectual property, and long-term licensing, partnerships and ownership opportunities.
These routes reinforce one another: implementation tests what works; reusable systems reduce dependence on individual delivery; appropriate licensing or ownership can retain more of the value created.
This is the direction of the emerging enterprise. It is not a claim of existing acquisitions, divisions, delivery teams, investment holdings or a billion-pound valuation.
Breadth without overstating readiness.
TAP
Proposal-to-decision workflows and human-reviewed commercial decision intelligence. Existing public product route and installed custom components. Customer scale and commercial traction are not asserted.
Existing TAP pathway ↗ANCHOR™
Decision framing, challenge, human review and traceability for consequential organisational decisions. Founder attribution and product validation are documented; broad enterprise adoption is not claimed.
Existing ANCHOR pathway ↗Fin Pro
Revenue governance software for visibility of leakage, early warnings and commercial decision authority. Current code identifies Ruth-Ellen as author. Installation does not establish commercial readiness or exclusive ownership rights.
Context Keeper
Continuity infrastructure for recovering the context behind interrupted work. The existing public product route describes local-first recovery and optional connected features.
Existing Context Keeper pathway ↗ClearTask
A clarity tool developed around ambiguous requests, actions, expectations and ownership. Existing portfolio and installed page components support its inclusion; no customer or revenue claim is made.
Workforce capability architecture
Reusable selection, assessment, supervised practice and quality structures. Relevant as transformation evidence; employer/client frameworks are not offered as independently owned licensing assets.
Rights, maturity and
market evidence matter.
Authorship, access to code and contribution are evidence of work. They do not by themselves establish exclusive IP ownership or permission to license employer or client material.
Existing product routes explain what is currently offered. Supporting tools and frameworks are included as capability evidence, not as a catalogue in which every item is available to buy.
Prototypes and future concepts enter the commercial portfolio only when their maturity, rights, intended buyer and permitted claims are sufficiently established. Potential licensing or partnerships remain opportunities to evaluate, not announced transactions.
