 I believe labels are for jars and not for people. I also believe that you don't have to "fit in to belong" and we all should be celebrated not just tolerated for our differences.

My mission is to help everyone to belong not despite their differences but because of them. Belonging is the outcome, the result of inclusion initaives. When we belong we have higher levels of performance, show up without fear of rejection,  numerous studies have shown it also improves health and happiness.

We are all unique individuals with our own thoughts, feelings, and perspectives. Just because someone is different from us doesn't mean they deserve to be labeled. Everyone deserves to be respected for who they are, not what someone else thinks they are.
