General Refund Policy

We offer flexibility depending on the nature of the product or service purchased:

  1. Digital Products & Services (E-books, Online Courses, Webinars):
    Once purchased, digital products are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, not as described, or inaccessible due to technical issues. In these cases, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
  2. Live Events, Workshops, and Coaching Sessions (Online or In-Person):
    • You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the event for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, but you will receive a credit equal to the value of your booking for future events or programmes.
    • Super VIP tickets are strictly non-refundable due to limited availability.
  3. Faulty Products or Services:
    If you receive a faulty product or service, we will replace, repair, or refund it, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Change of Mind:
    For items purchased online, including coaching services, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the cancellation request. Customised or personalised products are exempt from this policy.

To request a refund, contact us at ruth@ruth-ellen.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your request. For faulty products, please provide details and supporting evidence. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the approval or return of the item.


International Purchases

For international customers, we comply with local consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You are entitled to return faulty goods and request a refund or replacement within the legal timeframe for your region.
